How can I lose baby weight with sciatica?

I’ve looked in a dozen sites and can’t find any good tips on how to lose the excess baby weight with sciatica. I can’t do push ups, crunches, or sit ups. I HAVE talked to a doctor, and she didn’t suggest anything. I had my baby 3 months ago and also got the approval to work out. Any advice will be appreciated! Thanks!

Even with sciatica you should be able to lose the baby weight. It shouldn’t be a problem really! Just stay active, the things you do to lose the baby weight will also help you heal the sciatica. I’ve been battling sciatica for almost 2 years and its finally almost gone. No more pain in my leg.
